I Am Currently Taking Gabapentin 300 Mg Daily, Alendronate Sodium

I am currently taking gabapentin 300 mg daily, alendronate sodium 70 mg daily, and lisinopril 10 mg daily. All except the alendronate are recent additions and I either find myself getting angry or, more often, crying almost all the time. Could one of these medications be causing this?
