I Am Currently Taking High Blood Pressure Meds And A

I am currently taking high blood pressure meds and a heart pill to slow down my heart! but since I started taking the meds I can't get a good night sleep I fall asleep but if I wake up to use the restroom or theirs noise once I wake up I cant go back to sleep. can I take a sleep aid that will help me sleep all night that won't conflict with my BP & heart medications
