I Am Currently Taking Latanoprost, Timolol, And Prednisone Eye Drops

I am currently taking latanoprost, timolol, and prednisone eye drops and I am experiencing a very dry throat and nasal cavity. I have been told that I will be on these med for the rest of my life. I use a saline nasal spray but it gives very little relief. Can you recommend anything to help with the nasal and throat pain?
