I Am Currently Taking Loloestrinfe And I Do Not Have

I am currently taking loloestrinfe and I do not have a period. However when I am taking my sugar and iron pills when I'm supposed to have my period, my skin clears up. At other times in the month my skin just isn't the best. I worry that I don't have a period also. Do you think my skin will be more clear if I stop taking the pill? I've been taking it for 8 months.
