I Am Currently Taking Meloxincam . I Have A Hip

I am currently taking meloxincam . I have a hip that needs replacing and a lot of arthritis in addition . On occasion I am expiring sever aching and pain in my hip and thigh. after mild activity (such as blowing snow or walking a lot)the cold weather and dampness seem to make it worse. this has been ongoing for some time.
Yesterday and today I have swelling of my feet and lower legs. Just wondering if the meloxicam is causing this or is something else happening
