I Am Currently Taking The Pill As A Source Of

I am currently taking the pill as a source of birthday control. I had missed two doses so the package insert said it would take 7 days to become effective again. I had unprotected sex yesterday which was the 6th day meaning my birth control was still not effective. I took Plan B a few hours after unprotected sex. I threw up an hour after taking the plan B. I was wondering if the plan B did make it into my system or if I would have thrown it up
