I Am Currently Two Weeks Late For My Period. Hpt

I am currently two weeks late for my period. Hpt - and blood Hcg -. I have had PMS/early pregnancy symptoms for more these two weeks and low back discomfort all this week. I checked my cervix today and it was open, I could have stuck my finger tip in but did not, this is actually different from day before yesterday where the opening was just slight. I have had lots of cm wet and eggwhite, off and on stretchy, for the last two weeks. Today it is wet but not stretchy like yesterday. Am I possibly ovulating or is something else going on.
