I Am Currently Using Lotrimin For What Seems To Be

I am currently using Lotrimin for what seems to be yeast infections under both my arms. I've had rashes before that were brief and under only one arm at a time, usually during summer. Now I have it under both arms, during winter and for almost a month now. The Lotrimin has reduced the symptoms but at some moments the burning and itching is unbearable! Is there anything else I can do to reduce the agony while I wait to see if the infections clear up? Thank you in advance
