I Am Currently Using Ativan 2mg"s Twice A Day. I

I am currently using ativan 2mg"s twice a day. I have been trying to taper off the past three months, but the withdraws are far too excessive , chest cramps, loud ringing in my head, dizzyness, heart rushing , and other things. At times if i let it go long enough almost feels like im going to have a heart attack, and i have a bad heart (two major open heart surgeries.) i am desperately searching for some assistance to help me wean from the drug. Please any assistance would be appreciated.
