I Am Currently Using Blood Pressure Meds, Blood Thinners And

I am currently using blood pressure meds, blood thinners and cholesterol meds after having 2 stents installed. I am an active person who plays golf and works hard. It seems as Aleve, which is a naproxen sodium product works best to free up joints and keep me moving. Can I safely use the aleve a few times a week for joint pain etc? Thanks
