I Am Currently Waiting For MRI Due To Pancreas Cysts..but

I am currently waiting for MRI due to pancreas cysts..but I am in so much pain everyday..pain is right of belly button and just below that..pain shoots down my leg when I do to much.and a lot of lower back pain lately . this has been going on since dec I used to workout 4 days a week but haven't been able to do anything .I have been eating super clean but nothing helps..how will I know if a cysts bursts? How will I know if this is a serious matter that needs more attention now..MRI not until march
