I Am Currently With A Pain Management Doctor, I Went

I am currently with a pain management Doctor, I went to see my family Doctor and she wrote out a Prescriptions for pain, I have Tumors in my Throat, Neck and Face. and yesterday I had a migraine I did not want to call my Pain Management doctor and tell them I ran out. I went to get the script filled and was made to feel like a criminal in my own home Town. They would not allow me to get them filled. I called back later to complain to management and was told the scripts were all canceled. Can A Doctor to that?
