I Am Deeply Concerned My 48 Yr Old Female Friend

I am deeply concerned my 48 yr old female friend may be a Hypochondriac because she has spent thousands of dollars on expensive tests, has numerous diagnosis all over the map which symptoms come and go. She says she was diagnosed with Chronic Lyme disease and that tx is so expensive she could never afford it. Today she surprised me by telling me she is being tested for a "blood clotting disorder" and now has an electric wheelchair but this afternoon was going shopping by herself to Walmart. She has been desperately trying to get a disability hearing yet she is well enough to go to craft shows. This isn't funny. She is perfectly capable of walking as far as I know. Does this fit with Lyme Disease or does it sound Psychosomatic?
