I Am Dependent On 200 Mcg Ferntanyl Duragesic Patches, And

I am dependent on 200 mcg ferntanyl duragesic patches, and 8 mg hydrophone (dilaudid). I have serious pain issues, but I no longer get pain relief due to long term use. I am a B.S. N.I can no longer work due to injuries sustained in MVA. I cannot go into too much detail concerning this on line, but I will add that I have gone to three pain clinics, and have been told treatment with opiates is my only option, Twenty years of opiate tolerance.I trust hipa applies here.
