I Am Diabetic, 81 Years Old, And Have Severely Dry

I am diabetic, 81 years old, and have severely dry skin. What can I do?????? Especially dry are my lower legs, and the skin on my arms are arms is shriveled, to my horror. It is not so much vanity, but that I find myself unrecognizable. Perhaps I should be conferring with an endocrinologist or psychiatrist!
