I Am Diabetic From Last 12 Years. I Was Taking

I am diabetic from last 12 years. I was taking 1000 ml. Metformin twice a day with glympride still fasting sugar was between 140 and 150, a1c always 7.7, or 8. From last three days I took tripride 1 forte. My sugar is coming very close to 100 . Tripride 1 forte is from India. Please let me know what should I do.
