I Am Diabetic Patient And Dependent On Insulin. My Creatinine

I am diabetic patient and dependent on insulin. My creatinine level was maintained around 1.9 to 2.1. Recently, due to pain in my toes, I had taken 1 tab of neurokind lc for 20 days. 3-4 days after completing 20 tables, again I tested my creatinine level and it was found as 3.0. My question is whether it is a side effect of Neurokind lc, and if yes, whether it can be reversed or not.
