I Am Diabetic Went To Hospital Three Weeks Ago Passed

I am diabetic went to hospital three weeks ago passed out from low blood sugar but was worse than a low has ever been. Sugar was brought back up but had low body temp. Last week teaching zumba I think I had a mini stroke fingers on left hand fell and my speech was slurred lasted a couple minutes. I've had fatigue and pain pressure in my chest since then. Wednesday last week after the class I had feeling of pain between my breast like a knot. Then last night after class I had pain constant between my shoulder blades. Still get cold for no reason and not much energy
