I Am Diagnosed With Possible Sensory Peripheal Neuropathy Again Possibly

I am diagnosed with possible sensory peripheal neuropathy again possibly a side effect from a pneunomovax 23 vaccine. i have psoriatic arthritis and i am on many drugs for that. I am in the middle of testing and the dr prescribed Lyrica 75mg at night and said eventually 3 times a day. i have been on it for a week but it only allowed me to sleep the first three nights. i am back to pacing the floors. She is not answering my queries. Can I now increase my dosage?
