I Am Diagnosed With Vitamin D Deficiency (4) When Approached

I am diagnosed with vitamin D deficiency (4) when approached doctor with pain under the feet while walking or standing for sometime. After using vitamin D tablets (60K) per week for 3 weeks also there is no improvement. I have been using calcium tablet also one per day.
Do I need to go for any other tests.
