I Am Diarrhea With In 10 To 15 Minutes After

I am diarrhea with in 10 to 15 minutes after I have had a meal. I have has this condition for sometime now. My VA doctor has done a stool sample, colonoscopy, several plops and tissue for testing was removed the results all were negative. However my condition has not changed.
