I Am Doing GYM From 2 Years, But My Quadriceps

I am doing GYM from 2 Years, but my Quadriceps Muscle and Hamstring has become too massive - Is there a way to reverse this Muscle developed. I have stopped taking protein and also stopped doing Legs exercises. Any solution such as: Gel, Lotion Medicines etc?
