I Am Due For My Period Today Since My Birth

I am due for my period today since my birth control ended, and I felt a gush of warm fluid and thought it was my period but it turned out to just be clear like discharge, it smells normal but I'm just wondering what it could possibly be if you'll help me figure it out. Thanks!
