I Am Due To Get The Mirena Coul Removed As

I am due to get the mirena coul removed as 5 years are up but the took bloods to check if I have had the menu pause the result came back yes so my appointment isn't till 20th Feb last couple of days when peeing it's sore I'm worried that it's the coil never had this before
