I Am Epileptic And Have Severe Seizures Where I Tighten

I am epileptic and have severe seizures where i tighten up all my muscles. For days afterwards i am very sore and feel like i have been in a car wreck or worse. My neurologist seems to think that tylenol alone is enough to help but it is not. I can't even get out of bed some days after i have a really bad one. Do you not think that some sort of pain killer would help for these days?
