I Am Experiancing Bladder Leakage When I Have A Tampon

I am experiancing bladder leakage when i have a tampon in . I am 22 years old, height 5'6 weight 150 pounds. only happens when i have my tampon in. Driving me nuts and my doctor doesnt have an answer. I have been to many doctors about vaginal issues and none really have said much about it. I also have no children so not sure why im leaking.
