I Am Experiences An Ear Ache, I Wake Up With

I am experiences an ear ache, i wake up with serous fluid draining from my right ear. on the same side there is a lump in my jaw that is making that whole side of my face sore. the lump gets inflamed and agitated and then goes away and comes back frequently. I am concerned that i have some type of drainage problem with one of my lymph nodes.
