I Am Experiencing A Burning Sensation In Penis. No Discomfort

I am experiencing a burning sensation in penis. No discomfort (pain during urination or discharge). Had a blood and urine test to check for UTI or possible STD and came back negative...all normal. Pain continues and growing more concerned. Any ideas what I should ask my doctor to check for when I return to their office?
