I Am Experiencing A Cluster Of Red Pimple Like Spots

I am experiencing a cluster of red pimple like spots on my stomach also a few cystic feeling red spots on each of my thighs. None of the areas of red spots are sore or itchy. Please let me know what you think or may know what this could be. Also if you know what could treat & heal this please let me know, thank you.
