I Am Experiencing A "fist In The Stomach" Feeling, Heaviness,

I am experiencing a "fist in the stomach" feeling, heaviness, tightness under rib cage/sternum like a band. Been very sick for 15 months, first with water around heart, high troponin level and CRP, and a slight septal bounce. Diagnosed pericarditis but no inflammation seen on recent cardiac MRI's. Due to a year of Aleve/NSAIDS I have been thinking an ulcer or stomach probs. My heart looks good now, but still sick, weak legs, circles under eyes, heart pain, etc. No one knows whats going on and I am still an invalid, can't do much without bringing on a bad flare. still like a fist in the stomach, tight and hard to breathe.
