I Am Experiencing A Fluttering Sensation In Mostly My Left

I am experiencing a fluttering sensation in mostly my left leg but sometimes my right also. I have a laminectomy on L3-4 and 5-6. When I get out of bed in the am the pain is the worse as far as the back pain, this fluttering does not hurt does feel weird. Any suggestions as to what this could indicate?
