I am experiencing a lot of Sciatic pain, has been going on for a couple of weeks, It get worse when I'm standing for a period of time and i get some relief when I sit, seems to be contrary to what I've read. I have been doing exercises that help, Pain is mainly in the buttocks and ankle. Is there a specific exercise that would help? email YYYY@YYYY
