I Am Experiencing A Lot Of Pain When Retracting The

I am experiencing a lot of pain when retracting the foreskin of my penis. Foreskin almost seems tighter than usual, making it difficult to retract. I am not experiencing any pain, however, while urinating. Pain condition seems to have been triggered while having sexual intercourse but has not subsided in 3-4 days. Would love to get some perspective on what's going on. Thank you
