I Am Experiencing A Moving Tingling/almost Tickling Sensation In The

I am experiencing a moving tingling/almost tickling sensation in the muscle above my right breast from the right side of my sternum moving toward (but not to) the shoulder. I recently began some arm exercises. Is this just a strain on the muscle? I wouldn't call the sensation pain.
