I Am Experiencing A Pain On The Front Ride Side

I am experiencing a pain on the front ride side of my neck about 4 inches above my collar bone. I can feel an increased pressure when exhaling and pain worsens when I turn my neck. I have had severe stiffness on the back side of the right side of my neck for about a month. This new pain is concerning due to the pressure I'm feeling on the area. Could the two pains be related?
