I Am Experiencing A Weird Tingling Vibration In My Right

I am experiencing a weird tingling vibration in my right groin/pelvis area. I am 57. It seems to last about 2-3 seconds with about 4-5 seconds in between. I can only describe it as if I had a cell phone on vibrate under my skin. and have had slight chest pains today. as if a vein or artery was clogged and something was trying to pump through it. thanks kevin
