I Am Experiencing A White Clumpy Discharge, Almost Similar To

I am experiencing a white clumpy discharge, almost similar to wet toilet paper. Two weeks ago I went to my ob/gyn and tested positive for bacterial vaginosis and tested negative for other sti and diseases. I was prescribed a gel that was inserted nightly for 5 nights. I saw a decrease in the clumps until the padt two days and now the clumps are back, there's no smell and there is a slight itching sensation in one spot. What could this be? Help please!!!
