I Am Experiencing An Excruciating Toothache. The Only Relief Is

I am experiencing an excruciating toothache. The only relief is to constantly swish cold water in my mouth. I've tried alternating Tylenol and Ibuprofen every three hours. I called my dentist this morning and she gave me penicillin, of which I have a had 4 doses so far. Pain is worst yet! Any suggestions? There are no dentist offices open for another 36 hours.
