I Am Experiencing An Uncomfortable Pressure In My Right Side

I am experiencing an uncomfortable pressure in my right side abdomen. I also feel an aching pain in the same area. It feels like i could get relief through bowel movements but doing so does not seem to help. i have been experiencing this for about 3 days now.
