I Am Experiencing Burning, Fizzing Sensation At The Back Of

I am experiencing burning, fizzing sensation at the back of my nose on the inside, when I breath in it feels too uncomfortable and makes me feel the need to sneeze. When I do cardiocexercise this sensations worsens and my two front teeth ache a lot.. I am also getting increased frequency migraines
