I Am Experiencing Discomfort In My Upper Respiratory System. Roughly

I am experiencing discomfort in my upper respiratory system. Roughly where my neck meets my collar bone. I think it may be pneumonia but am not sure if all the symptoms match up. I am having the discomfort, tightness in my throat in that area, have not really noticed any fever, and I am not really coughing.
