I Am Experiencing Dizziness And Nausea So That I Have

I am experiencing dizziness and nausea so that I have to lie down until it passes. My heart rate increases, I sweat, and my hands start to tingle. I have MS but this is a new symptom. On Monday I actually threw up as a result of the dizziness as I was unable to lie down. Once I lie down, it seems to right itself but then sometimes recurs when I stand up again
