I Am Experiencing Doubled Over In Pain Cramping In Which

I am experiencing doubled over in pain cramping in which I am unable to urinate. When the pain subsides I am able to get a regular flow and can the go. I am also experiencing slight nausea and pain when I'm sitting. If I'm lying down I am all right. I did take a pregnancy test earlier in the day which had a faint positive line. I'm worried mainly because I have severe dysplasia and don't want to miss anything. Tylenol has not touched the pain I am having and the only relief I get is standing in the shower with warm water hitting me.
