I Am Experiencing Horrible Pain/cramping In My Hips, Lower Back,

I am experiencing horrible pain/cramping in my hips, lower back, and legs. I have had this going on for about 4-5 days and yesterday it got worse. Now I have a horrible headache with this. I went to see my heart doctor today for a follow-up appt from a heart cath I had done and I had to see the nurse practitioner cause my doc was out of town. I told her and she ordered blood work to check potassium and electrolytes but I won't know about it yet. I have had a few palpitations in my heart. I'm nauseated but it could be from headache and not eating today. I'm so sick and pain/cramping is so bad I can't eat. My hear doc is trying to get my BP down. It constantly has run extremely high for about 8-10 years. My previous heart doc was unable to manage it so I'm now seeing this heart doc who I absolutely love. He's very proactive in getting my BP down! I also have Rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia and chronic migraines.
