I Am Experiencing Increasing Bleeding And Passing Clots In A

I am experiencing increasing bleeding and passing clots in a back to back pregnancy following a miscarriage last month. I am estimated at 5/40. My HCG has gone from 62 AM - 2 days ago up to 67 in just over 36hrs later. I am not holding out much hope but am concerned that I am dizzy (which the emergency department brushed off) and have abdo/pelvic pain that I am unable to control... Is this all normal?
