I Am Experiencing Joint Pain In My Shoulders, Wrists, Hips

I am experiencing joint pain in my shoulders, wrists, hips and knees. It's worse during late evening and at night. In the mornings I am stiff but can get moving pretty quickly. I don't have the same movement in my joints that I had before the pain started. I saw a doctor on Sunday who prescribed muscle relaxers and prescription Naproxin.
