I Am Experiencing Major Weight Fluctuations And Severe Skin Tenderness

I am experiencing major weight fluctuations and severe skin tenderness all over. I am also disoriented at times and dizzy along with pins and needles feeling at random times on different parts of my body. I am very active working out at least 5 times a week and am very selective with my diet.
