I Am Experiencing Moderate Groin Pain On My 6th Day

I am experiencing moderate groin pain on my 6th day of the flu with difficulty walking. My fever continues to spike and then subside. My symptoms get worse as the sun goes down. I have a dry, heavy cough... the illness has moved into my lungs for sure. I do not have insurance so I am trying to do what I can without going to the clinic but the difficulty walking and the rate which I tire is starting to alarm me. What should I do?
