I Am Experiencing Muscle Twitching On My Wrist And Fingers

I am experiencing muscle twitching on my wrist and fingers must of the time. I also feel pain and spasm on my arm front of elbow (antecubital) for about 2 weeks now. I feel like I need to contract and relaxed the arm to get better. I also experience thoracic and abdominal pain on my muscle, include the arm in the morning everyday before wake up or during the middle of the night. I need to do some relaxations exercises to feel better before I start my day. What do you think Doctor
