I Am Experiencing Numbing And Tingling In My Toes Only

I am experiencing numbing and tingling in my toes only for about 5 months now. I can feel my toes when i touch them, but they have a numbing and pin needles type feeling. I am not Diabetic. I am a 54 year old woman basically in good health, but am on Ramapril for high blood pressure. I went to see my doctor about this and she recommended me to put the cream Capzeshion on them at night. It does help, but is still a little numbing. My last visit to my doctor I had asked for something stronger. She recommended Lyrica. or Nuerontin. Thank you,
